Become a Peer Support Partner (PSP)
£10.80 - £12.50 per hour (Flexible, Part-time, Remote/ Campus Based)

At Lead Learning, we know students connect best with peers who understand their experiences.

Our Peer Support Partners (PSPs) help disabled and neurodivergent students and those exploring support options make sense of the academic and wellbeing support available to them, including university services and external provision. PSPs provide student-to-student clarity, reassurance, and practical guidance.

         accessing support.

    •    Want flexible, purposeful work that fits around your studies

    •    Care deeply about student wellbeing, inclusion, and success

         reduce anxiety and build confidence.

    •    Signpost students to appropriate Lead Learning Services or

         university support teams.
