DSA Support Navigation Service

Helping students understand their DSA support package, navigate their DSA2 letter, and access the right help with confidence.

Students often receive their DSA2 letter but feel unsure about the next steps who to contact, what their support includes, or how NMH booking works.

Our Navigation Service provides clear, neutral guidance to help students understand their DSA package and confidently access their chosen support provider.

We don’t assess, don’t influence eligibility, and don’t direct students to any provider.

Instead, we offer a safe space where students can:

  • Understand their DSA2 letter

  • Learn the difference between AT, NMH, and other support types

  • Know who they need to contact and when

  • Get help preparing to book support with any registered provider

  • Reduce delays and non-engagement

  • Feel supported during a confusing process

This service is open to all students, regardless of which NMH provider they choose.
