About the Course
This six-week private tuition programme is designed for Year 6 pupils approaching the final stage of 11+ exam preparation. Sessions focus on consolidation, exam technique, and confidence-building, ensuring pupils are academically prepared and mentally ready for the demands of the assessment.
Tuition is delivered in small, focused settings or one-to-one, allowing teaching to be precisely tailored to each learner’s strengths, gaps, and pace. Emphasis is placed on accuracy under timed conditions, strategic thinking, and mastering the core literacy and numeracy concepts that frequently appear in 11+ examinations.
Programme Focus
Targeted preparation across all four 11+ assessment areas: English, Mathematics, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning
Explicit teaching of exam-specific question types and problem-solving methods
Regular timed practice to build speed, accuracy, and exam stamina
Diagnostic identification of individual gaps, misconceptions, and error patterns
Clear instructions in exam strategy, including pacing, question selection, and method efficiency
