About the Course
Lead Learning English Language tutoring provides personalised support for learners at all levels, from early readers to advanced students. Sessions are tailored to the individual’s goals, ability, and learning style, whether they are strengthening core literacy skills, improving confidence, or preparing for assessments.
Tutoring support:
All levels of English ability
Reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
Grammar, spelling, and vocabulary development
Exam preparation (GCSE, A-Level, Functional Skills, IELTS support where appropriate)
Essay writing, comprehension, and critical thinking
Confidence, study skills, and structured progression
Sessions are delivered in structured tutoring blocks and focus on the learner’s specific needs, helping them make steady progress at their own pace. Support is suitable for school-age learners and exam candidates.
Where a learner requires a different format — such as adjusted duration or session frequency — we welcome families to contact us to discuss a bespoke arrangement.
Number of Sessions Per Week:

At Lead Learning, all tutoring sessions are delivered in line with our internal quality standards to ensure consistent, learner centred support across every subject.
All Lead Learning tutors:
Are qualified educators and subject specialists
Are trained in inclusive, adaptive teaching methods
Undergo internal vetting, enhanced DBS and onboarding before delivering sessions.
Follow Lead Learning’s teaching, safeguarding, and data protection policies
