About the Course
PE tutoring supports students in understanding both the practical and theoretical aspects of Physical Education. Sessions help learners improve subject knowledge, coursework quality, and exam performance, particularly for GCSE and A-Level PE.
Tutoring focuses on the academic side of PE — including anatomy and physiology, sports psychology, health and fitness, and exam technique — while also supporting practical assessment preparation where appropriate.
Tutoring support includes:
GCSE & A-Level PE theory (AQA, OCR, Edexcel)
Anatomy & physiology
Sports psychology and socio-cultural factors
Health, fitness, and training methods
Coursework support and exam technique
