About the Course
Lead Learning Science tutoring provides structured, personalised support for learners at all levels, helping them develop a strong understanding of scientific concepts and confidence in applying them. Sessions are tailored to the learner’s ability, goals, and learning style, whether they are building foundational knowledge, consolidating understanding, or preparing for assessments.
Tutoring support:
All levels of scientific ability
Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (where appropriate)
GCSE, A-Level, and Combined Science preparation
Scientific enquiry, problem-solving, and practical understanding
Exam technique, confidence, and application of knowledge
Study skills, organisation, and structured learning
Sessions are delivered in structured tutoring blocks and focus on the learner’s specific needs, supporting steady understanding and confidence at a pace that works for the learner. Support is suitable for school-age learners, exam candidates, university students, and adults returning to education.

1 Session

All Lead Learning tutors:
Are qualified educators and subject specialists
Are trained in inclusive, adaptive teaching methods
Undergo internal vetting, enhanced DBS and onboarding before delivering sessions.
