Overview

The Wellbeing-Informed Leadership in Education course is designed to support education leaders, managers, and senior staff in embedding wellbeing-centred approaches into leadership, decision-making, and organisational culture.

Effective leadership in education requires balancing performance, accountability, and safeguarding with the wellbeing of staff and learners. This course provides practical guidance on recognising wellbeing risks, preventing burnout, promoting psychological safety, and leading with empathy while maintaining professional and organisational standards.

Participants will explore real-world leadership scenarios involving staff workload, stress, mental health, change management, and crisis response.
